This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.
• Plans, designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports the requirements of Epic Clindoc software.
• Analyzes and defines system requirements and specifications.
• Conducts and documents workflow analysis while assessing user experience.
• Supports and maintains environments or applications utilizing domain expertise.
• Develops and maintains documentation and training materials pertaining to application implementation.
• Leverages knowledge of Epic to configure changes in the Epic environments, ensuring standardized and comprehensive workflows.
• Troubleshoots issues, performs routine maintenance, updates systems with new features to fulfill end-user requirements, and adopts new technologies.
• Offers guidance and support to end-users to improve their use of Epic and provides solutions to address end-user system challenges.
• Independently contributes to and manages small to medium-sized projects.
• Regularly updates stakeholders in a timely manner regarding progress on assigned tasks, projects, and issues.
• Engages in problem-solving and root cause analysis to address routine to moderately complex issues.
• Identifies solutions and completes necessary documentation.
• A minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules is required.
• Preferred 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector with Epic Clinical Documentation (Clindoc).
• Capability to manage analysis, design, system configuration, and testing tasks at basic to moderate complexity levels.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Employs critical thinking skills for assigned tasks.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal skills that foster effective teamwork.
• Strong organizational abilities in managing priorities.
• Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles as applicable to assigned responsibilities.
• Epic Application Certification is required within 6 months.
