Business Systems Analyst – IT Planning & Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Join the IT Planning & Engagement team.

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Systems Analysts.

• Gather and convert business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications.

• Work alongside the development team to design and convert functional requirements into technical solutions.

• Build a trusting rapport with customers.

• Test user stories to ensure all acceptance criteria are fulfilled.

• Operate within an agile framework, adhering to sprint commitments and release timelines.

• Assist in defining the scope and objectives for moderately complex system-related projects.

• Create end-user documentation and manuals, and deliver training to end-users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proven experience working with business units to identify needs, conduct analysis, and document the impacts of changes.

• Experience collaborating with internal IT teams to define and design application solutions that align with customer requirements and IT best practices.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and a demonstrated ability to convert complex issues into user stories.

• Working knowledge of various programming languages such as SQL, C#, or JavaScript.

• Proficiency in various software platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics, Contact Center Technology, Application Extender, CMOD, APIM, HP Exstream, or Microsoft Power BI.
