Client Value Partner – AI-Driven Transformation, Process Intelligence – Logistics/Transportation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• The Client Value Partner (CVP) position is a vital addition to our larger Value Engineering team and will significantly contribute to Celonis’ growth strategy.

• In the CVP role, you will lead our effort towards data-driven business transformation with our most strategic customers.

• You will manage extensive teams of Celonis experts to guarantee the success and satisfaction of some of our premier clients as they strive to realize value with Celonis.

• The CVP serves as the accountable lead for customer success, acting as the trusted advisor for a strategic customer.

• This entails collaborating with C-Level Executives to jointly establish the long-term vision for leveraging Celonis to transform their business while mobilizing the essential Celonis resources.

• Together with our cross-functional Celonis teams, you will drive measurable business impact across diverse processes and industries, accelerating the adoption of our platform.

• The CVP will also advocate for transformational initiatives across Celonis and customer accounts, promoting innovation and strategic change to maximize value and facilitate business transformation.

• You will ensure value realization and adoption within accounts, guaranteeing high-quality, on-time project completion, client satisfaction, and meeting usage and adoption targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields (or similar industries such as Production, Manufacturing, etc.) is required.

• Strong expertise in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering projects, and implementations.

• Experience with logistics clients and processes is essential.

• Familiarity with AI-based transformation is a significant advantage.

• In-depth exposure to and experience with effective change management practices.

• Ability to navigate large global organizations and possess the persuasive power through data, facts, and confidence.

• Capable of successfully collaborating with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts and practice leads.

• Must have a natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.

• A strong team player who motivates the team with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.

• Project management skills: ability to organize and manage multiple streams.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into the customer business landscape.

• Self-motivated, proactive team player.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with diverse stakeholders.

• Native-level or near-native German language proficiency (both written and spoken), with the capacity to confidently engage German-speaking customers, facilitate workshops, and present to executive stakeholders.
