This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and handle incoming support tickets from clinical teams in the US submitted via our helpdesk platform during US business hours.
• Accurately assess issues, identifying which can be addressed immediately and which need to be escalated to the technical team.
• Communicate with clinical teams in a clear, professional, and reassuring manner, embodying the Careology brand voice.
• Independently resolve non-technical inquiries by utilizing product knowledge and sound judgment.
• Record, categorize, and monitor issues to assist the team in identifying trends and enhancing the platform over time.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the Careology app and dashboard to confidently support clinical users.
• Work collaboratively with the UK-based team to ensure seamless transitions and consistent support quality across different time zones.
• Recent graduate seeking a rewarding first step in a rapidly growing health tech company.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and warmly.
• Strong common sense and quick problem comprehension, even when issues are not fully articulated.
• A calm and organized demeanor, capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously without losing focus.
• Genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about the workings of a complex product.
• A commitment to ensuring positive outcomes for others, taking pride in enhancing every interaction.
• Dependable and self-driven, able to work independently in a remote environment during designated US business hours.
• An understanding that each ticket represents a clinical team under stress, coupled with a desire to alleviate their challenges.
• A degree or experience in healthcare, communications, business, psychology, or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• A fully remote position based in the US, full-time with a salary range of $40,000–$45,000 per year.
