This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Deliver first-line support and troubleshoot over 10 intricate enterprise solutions.
• Analyze data to effectively resolve client concerns.
• Execute data corrections within SQL databases while maintaining data integrity, stability, and system performance.
• Oversee user management, access requests, renewals, and access levels.
• Serve as Project Manager for the implementation of enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to ascertain needs, configuration specifications, and project timelines.
• Provide training upon project completion and on-demand for current clients.
• Reach out to assigned clients quarterly as Account Manager to tackle issues and ensure resolution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client usage of current solutions and introduce unimplemented options.
• Communicate with internal and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and ensure a positive client experience.
• Relay client feedback to support ongoing improvements and enhancements of solutions.
• Ability to take initiative and operate independently with minimal supervision in a client-facing role.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in business standard English, both written and spoken.
• Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation skills for client training and demonstrations.
• Agile work style with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Preferred experience in SQL database management and data analysis.
• Previous experience in client support, account management, or project coordination is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare facilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and technology platforms is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Willingness and capability to travel occasionally to client sites, including out-of-town travel.
• Project management or training certification, or proven experience in these fields is preferred.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
