This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
β’ Ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes through our product or service.
β’ Serve as a crucial link between our company and its clientele.
β’ Perform legal research and prepare legal documents.
β’ Provide assistance on legal issues.
β’ Manage customer inquiries related to services and account administration.
β’ Assist customers in establishing connections with their source code management platform.
β’ Collaborate with leads to inform them about our services through email and website chat.
β’ Prepare reports and oversee the drafting of legal agreements.
β’ Understanding of LegalTech principles.
β’ Previous experience in customer success or a related role is preferred.
β’ Skilled in drafting legal documents.
β’ Experience working with a variety of companies across different sizes and sectors.
β’ Possess analytical thinking and a proactive mindset.
β’ Excellent proficiency in written English communication.
β’ Familiarity with modern web tools such as Google Docs and similar applications.
β’ Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
β’ Comfortable with adapting and multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
