Client Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for medical coders

• Offer assistance on coding inquiries and escalate concerns to clients when necessary

• Perform coding reviews and suggest suitable coding in accordance with current standards

• Provide written insights related to coding compliance documentation

• Execute clinical record audits as assigned

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance quality initiatives

• Assist in supplying relevant tools and resources to internal coding teams and global partners

• Facilitate coding optimization, enhance client satisfaction, and achieve business objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma

• A minimum of 2–4 years of pertinent work experience

• Home Health Coding Certifications

• Preferably experienced with EPIC EMR

• Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as required

• Must adhere to relevant security policies and procedures

• Capability to sit and focus on a computer screen for prolonged periods

• Applicants for positions based in the U.S. must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Certain client-facing roles may necessitate relevant immunizations and compliance with occupational health mandates
