Client Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI tools to improve client support and boost operational efficiency.

• Support the development, optimization, and management of AI chatbot functionalities.

• Record and monitor improvement plans, ensuring accountability through follow-ups and regular check-ins.

• Create comprehensive reports on team performance, emphasizing key trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Identify process gaps proactively and suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with at least one AI platform (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and a strong desire to learn and implement AI-driven solutions.

• Track and oversee team members’ activities, ensuring concentration on a single assigned client.

• Review application and website usage, email communications, and activity levels to guarantee efficiency and adherence to compliance.

• Perform real-time performance assessments, offer direct feedback, and send Slack messages to boost productivity.

• Analyze the previous day’s productivity using Teramind or other tracking tools, highlighting any behavioral issues.

• Ensure all OPs adhere to established workflows, guidelines, and company protocols.

• Conduct Teramind walkthroughs during the second week of onboarding to familiarize clients with performance tracking.

• Participate in client calls to clarify key performance issues, alerts, and data insights.
