This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Outreach to clients and cold calling efforts.

• Initiate proactive outbound calls to designated client segments, including cold outreach to clients with low engagement.

• Present the usage of features and upgrades in relation to the business objectives of the client.

• Ignite curiosity and encourage action — assist clients in recognizing what they might be missing.

• Promote value and encourage adoption.

• Clearly articulate the advantages of core and additional features in a way that resonates with restaurant operators.

• Monitor adoption milestones and follow up to celebrate achievements or address obstacles.

• Assist small business owners in taking charge of their success with Popmenu.

• Provide support and manage inquiries.

• Address basic account inquiries regarding billing, login, permissions, or feature functionality.

• Escalate technical problems or complex issues to the relevant internal team.

• Record interactions and results in CRM tools with a focus on accuracy.

• Collaborate internally.

• Work together with onboarding, support, and success teams to guarantee a smooth client experience.

• Share observations and trends that provide insights for product, marketing, and retention initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, hospitality technology, or a high-call-volume environment.

• Comfortable speaking on the phone and motivated by helping individuals take action.

• Ability to convey value effectively and persuasively.

• A service-oriented mindset with a desire to explore client goals and challenges.

• Knowledge of restaurant operations is advantageous.

• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight is a plus.
