Client Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.

• Establish robust, trust-based relationships through proactive communication and clear expectation management.

• Recognize account risks early and address any performance or cost issues.

• Lead discussions on renewals and saves to ensure book stability.

• Discover client growth opportunities by suggesting relevant print upgrades, premium placements, and expansions of digital solutions.

• Provide guidance to clients on messaging, positioning, and content tools such as Expert Contributor articles and Business Profiles.

• Collaborate with internal teams across design, billing, contract administration, and campaign setup.

• Manage account priorities, client deliverables, and CRM documentation with accuracy and efficiency.

• Meet essential deadlines.

• Contribute to client retention, renewal performance, and revenue growth.

• Experience in account management, advertising, marketing, or client success with an emphasis on retention and revenue growth.

• Strong communication skills with experience in setting expectations, leading performance reviews, and managing renewal or objection-handling discussions.

• Proven capability to identify expansion opportunities and position suitable print and digital marketing solutions.

• Excellent conflict-resolution abilities.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Disciplined management of time and CRM systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of branding-focused marketing.

• History of identifying at-risk accounts early and implementing effective renewal save strategies.

• Previous experience managing client relationships in both print and digital advertising settings.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex client scenarios by collaborating effectively across internal teams.
