This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately through chat or email.
• Recognize customer requirements and assist them in utilizing specific features.
• Evaluate and report product issues.
• Keep our internal team informed about technical problems and valuable discussions with customers.
• Communicate feature requests and effective solutions with team members.
• Update customers regarding existing and new features and functionalities.
• Follow up with customers to confirm the resolution of their technical issues, if any.
• Collect customer feedback and relay it to our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Aid in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
• Establish relationships with assigned customers, assist them with their issues, and consistently delight them with a customer-focused approach.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure they are utilizing [redacted] efficiently and gaining value from our services.
• Provide voice support to customers through inbound phone calls.
• Occasionally engage with clients via Zoom meetings or video conferences as necessary.
• Coordinate with our service providers' support teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Update the software knowledge base in real-time to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Become proficient in the platform and DashClicks products/services and educate customers on how to effectively use and benefit from our offerings.
• Experience as a Client Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
• Understanding of customer service systems.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fast learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Patience in managing challenging cases.
