Client Success Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of veterinary practices and hospital accounts, serving as their primary contact.

• Facilitate onboarding and training to ensure new clients are operational swiftly and with confidence.

• Conduct regular check-ins and account evaluations to gauge client objectives and enhance product utilization.

• Assess account health, identify potential risks early, and take necessary actions to safeguard renewals and minimize churn.

• Discover upsell and expansion possibilities, collaborating with Sales to finalize them.

• Collaborate closely with Technical Support and Product teams to address issues and relay client feedback.

• Maintain precise account records and documentation in the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing position, preferably in SaaS.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with a true passion for facilitating client success.

• Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

• Proficient in quickly learning software and articulating it clearly to non-technical users.

• Familiarity with a CRM or customer success platform.

• Background in veterinary, animal health, or healthcare technology.

• Knowledge of medical imaging, PACS, or practice management software.
