📋 Description

• Provides a seamless experience for both consultants and clients by overseeing timelines, milestones, and logistics across various engagements.

• Collaborates with consultants and consulting teams while acting as a visible and trusted representative of Ampersand to clients.

• Establishes clear timelines, coordinates resources, and ensures that deliverables are accurate, complete, and meet client expectations.

• Outlines milestones at the beginning, monitors compliance with process standards, and proactively addresses potential challenges.

• Collects necessary client materials in advance, bundling requests strategically to enhance efficiency and completeness.

• Anticipates needs, accurately estimates timing, and mitigates potential risks to ensure a positive experience for clients and executives.

• Schedules in collaboration with the delivery team, consistently utilizes project management tools, and is committed to ongoing process improvement.
