
Client Success Manager – Klaviyo Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of 99% of all client communications for managed accounts.
• Conduct check-in calls every three weeks to evaluate Klaviyo performance metrics and KPIs.
• Develop retention strategies utilizing Klaviyo's advanced segmentation and automation workflows.
• Generate A/B testing ideas based on Klaviyo data insights and AI suggestions.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, from Klaviyo integration to full implementation.
• Organize monthly promotional campaigns by leveraging Klaviyo's predictive analytics.
• Formulate weekly revenue strategies using Klaviyo attribution reporting and customer lifecycle insights.
• Provide briefings to our team on dedicated flows, SMS campaigns, and advanced Klaviyo automations.
• Enhance client accounts by utilizing the latest features and capabilities of Klaviyo.
• Maintain organization in ClickUp with detailed Klaviyo performance dashboards.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo. This is non-negotiable.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience as a Customer Success Manager or account manager in Klaviyo-focused agencies.
• In-depth knowledge of Klaviyo segmentation, flows, and performance analytics.
• Background in copywriting; you can confidently review and enhance email copy.
• Exceptionally organized; you can manage extensive Klaviyo client portfolios without oversight.
• Naturally proactive; clients do not have to chase you for performance updates.
• Strong command of written English, tailored for US-based ecommerce clients.
