This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Ownership of accounts: Full revenue accountability for your designated accounts (including upselling, cross-selling, and expansion).
• Maintain personal operational and executive-level relationships with every client.
• Facilitate quarterly reviews with client leadership and the Etops Executive Board.
• Identify and secure six-figure upsell/cross-sell opportunities (such as additional users, new modules, AI add-ons, white-label solutions, and API integrations).
• Collaborate with clients on their digital strategies to establish Etops as their strategic WealthTech platform for the upcoming 5–10 years.
• Promote platform adoption, feature usage, and implementation of best practices.
• Develop and implement joint success plans with measurable return on investment (including time savings, cost reductions, and improved client satisfaction scores).
• Organize regular on-site workshops and training sessions for power users.
• Serve as the main feedback channel from German IFA clients to Product, Engineering, and the Executive Board.
• 2–3 years of experience in client-facing roles within WealthTech, IFA, private banking, or asset management software.
• Proven success as a Key Account or Customer Success Manager for financial intermediaries or banks in Germany.
• Established strong personal relationships with decision-makers at Swiss wealth management firms.
• In-depth knowledge of German IFA workflows, regulatory requirements, and digitalization challenges.
• Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
• University degree; additional qualifications are a plus.
