This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as "the face of Vida" to guarantee client success and satisfaction throughout the entire client journey.
• Manage comprehensive client relationships from planning and launch to ongoing management and renewal.
• Articulate Vida’s mission, value propositions, and impact through both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Grasp client and stakeholder priorities while identifying potential upsell opportunities.
• Deliver analysis and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate in the creation of marketing and engagement playbooks tailored for Vida’s client profiles.
• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork among product, design, engineering, analytics, sales, and marketing teams.
• Devise and execute solutions that address client needs and support Vida’s objectives.
• Conduct data analysis and lead projects alongside internal teams and external partners.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or other roles that engage with clients externally.
• Preferably experience within a health tech company, healthcare sector, or management consulting background.
• Required experience in PBM.
• Knowledge of the broader healthcare landscape, including significant healthcare legislation and key industry players.
• Familiarity with essential healthcare administration and payer processes.
• Capability to analyze data, recognize gaps and risks, and develop and implement improvement recommendations.
• Proficiency in creating and utilizing work plans to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent client priorities and tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to summarize information and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Competence in developing and sustaining leadership-level relationships both internally and externally.
• Capacity to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment with a sense of ownership.
• Skill in navigating ambiguity and strategically prioritizing tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with web and mobile technologies, as well as PowerPoint and Excel.
• A genuine passion for Vida’s mission.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Vida is unable to sponsor work visas.
• Must reside in or be capable of working from a state where Vida is registered.
