This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a designated portfolio of health plans and employer clients.
• Manage the entire post-sale relationship, encompassing member activation, engagement, retention, measurable outcomes, and additional sales.
• Comprehend client businesses, objectives, sold solutions, and anticipated outcomes to ensure expectations are surpassed.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client relationships and coordinate Blueberry personnel who interact with clients.
• Drive activation and engagement efforts to increase the active enrolled member base.
• Mitigate churn, safeguard retention, and assist with client renewals and expansions.
• Present and communicate clinical and member outcomes, such as reductions in avoidable emergency department visits.
• Operationalize quarterly business reviews, annual satisfaction surveys, mutually agreed improvement plans, and alignment with executive sponsors.
• Ensure accountability of Blueberry's implementation, product, and support teams in addressing client issues.
• Hold client teams accountable for their rollout commitments.
• Expand accounts into new populations and states, collaborating with sales on new expansion opportunities and commercial discussions.
• Manage both strategic and tactical priorities and escalate issues when necessary.
• Serve as the operational project manager for accounts, ensuring visibility into implementation, claims submissions, and invoicing accuracy.
• Proactively identify potential friction points before they impact client relationships.
• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of enterprise or health-plan relationships with direct accountability for retention and growth.
• Established track record of expanding existing accounts through activation, engagement, retention, and growth.
• Experience in sales or being accountable for a revenue number alongside a sales team.
• Comfortable leading commercial discussions and closing expansion deals.
• Healthcare experience, particularly in payer, Medicaid managed-care, or value-based/member-engagement models, is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in clinical outcomes and per-member economics.
• Operational experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment.
• Experience in creating processes where none currently exist.
• Ability to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities while holding cross-functional teams accountable.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
