This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring effective, consistent, and professional communication with clients.
• Develop and sustain robust, long-lasting client relationships grounded in trust and value.
• Evaluate client requirements and offer strategic recommendations that align with their business objectives.
• Facilitate client discussions, manage expectations, and confidently steer decision-making processes.
• Address client issues promptly, exercising sound judgment in critical situations.
• Track client satisfaction, gather feedback, and proactively identify areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions that improve the overall client experience.
• Foster client retention and growth through consultative engagement and a commitment to service excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Experience in the staffing or recruiting sector is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, retention, and upselling opportunities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to influence, negotiate, and establish rapport.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**
• **Internet Connection:**
• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.
• Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**.
• Backup connection must support work during a power outage.
• **Primary Device:**
• Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
