This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic ally for sports and entertainment clients, ensuring that SeatGeek’s technology aligns with their business objectives to enhance revenue growth and create mutually beneficial solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within client organizations.
• Discover and implement opportunities for product adoption, commercial enhancements, and improving fan experiences.
• Conduct internal and external business evaluations while providing insights that support client renewals, product adoption, and overall client satisfaction.
• Foster client advocacy through the creation of case studies, referrals, and industry visibility.
• Oversee daily communications, address issues, and establish trust across a diverse portfolio of clients, including complex accounts.
• Travel to client events when necessary, up to 25–30%, to enhance client engagement.
• Analyze product usage, sales, and financial metrics utilizing Looker, Excel, Google Suite, and internal reporting tools.
• Lead cross-departmental internal projects to meet client and team requirements and influence strategic roadmaps.
• Play a role in forecasting, onboarding, and scaling client success operations.
• A minimum of 4 years in a client-facing position such as customer success, account management, consulting, or partnerships within a SaaS, technology, or entertainment environment.
• Proven history of achieving client outcomes and enhancing business performance and revenue through data-driven solutions.
• Experience in presenting to and cultivating relationships with leadership-level partners both internally and externally.
• Comprehensive understanding of the commercial and financial dynamics of organizations and their impact on the P&L.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for both clients and product teams.
• Comfortable working with data.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and events, approximately 25–30% of the time.
• Experience within the sports or ticketing industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Looker, Google Suite, other reporting tools, or AI is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
