This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Leading cross-functional initiatives that are top priorities for leadership, collaborating closely with the CEO.
• Steering complex operational projects, including assisting new healthcare organizations in establishing proper operations across all 50 states.
• Managing relationships with the leaders of multi-state healthcare firms, guiding them throughout their onboarding process.
• Innovatively developing processes, structures, systems, and automations to enhance efficiency and achieve significant scalability.
• Representing the company to various external stakeholders (clients, State Medical Boards, Insurance Payers, Candidates, Physicians).
• Assisting new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth commencement of their journey.
• Overseeing client communications, which includes attending meetings, responding to inquiries, and managing calls with professionalism and care.
• Cultivating strong client relationships by building trust, providing a positive experience, and offering proactive, solutions-oriented support.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Operational excellence: Consistently achieving a high volume of output daily.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven record of accuracy.
• High energy and a drive for self-improvement, thriving alongside talented teammates who encourage growth.
