This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee a portfolio of students from the onboarding phase to the completion of their programmes.
• Conduct regular one-on-one Zoom sessions to monitor progress and offer support.
• Ensure students achieve necessary milestones (such as internships and learning modules).
• Maintain elevated levels of engagement, motivation, and accountability.
• Cultivate strong relationships with students and, when applicable, their parents.
• Communicate consistently through Zoom, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Serve as the primary contact throughout the programme.
• Track student progress against established programme plans.
• Identify potential risks early (such as disengagement or missed milestones).
• Take proactive measures to keep students on course.
• Possibly manage or coordinate with junior support staff (like programme assistants).
• Ensure seamless delivery at all points in the student journey.
• Recognize opportunities to transition students into higher-tier programmes.
• Facilitate upsell discussions in a natural, value-oriented manner.
• Contribute to overall revenue growth by achieving strong client outcomes.
• Experience in customer success or client success roles.
• Background in teaching, coaching, or mentoring (for example, ESL teaching).
• Experience in healthcare fields (such as nursing or patient care).
• Any position involving direct, ongoing client interaction and guidance.
