This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients on a daily basis.
• Ensure the effective delivery of services in accordance with contractual terms, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with operational, technical, scheduling, and support teams.
• Track performance metrics related to client contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Address service delivery challenges, risks, and escalations.
• Create client reports and insights on operational performance.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, projects, and service expansions.
• Recognize opportunities for improving operations and enhancing services.
• Background in client success, account management, service delivery, operations coordination, or related fields.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience in handling operational issues, escalations, or service delivery results.
• Strong organizational abilities with a knack for managing competing priorities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across various business functions.
• Experience in renewable energy, field services, technical operations, or service-oriented environments is highly valued.
