This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated client accounts across various platforms (Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, Zoom)
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, assist with contract discussions, and enhance client profitability
• Create account status reports and maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate progress on initiatives (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure alignment with client objectives
• Manage challenging client requests or escalations as necessary
• Collaborate with sales, paid advertising, and content teams to align strategies with client goals
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables using management software (e.g., Teamwork)
• Organize and lead client status meetings and internal discussions
• Resolve project issues swiftly to uphold quality and meet deadlines
• Track key metrics — leads, sales, and performance indicators — to ensure targets are achieved
• Identify areas for enhancement and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment
• Engage in agency initiatives including video content development and strategy formulation
• 3+ years of experience in a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
• Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO campaigns
• Proficient with CRMs and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, GHL, MS Office, Google Docs)
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
