This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• The Client Success Manager (CSM) collaborates with mid-to-large enterprise accounts spanning various sectors.
• Position themselves as a reliable advisor to enhance client experience and facilitate renewal and growth.
• Guide Drips clients in achieving the success metrics established for each campaign and tackle diverse business challenges through Drips campaigns.
• Oversee daily client communication within their portfolio, providing insightful performance reports and analysis.
• Participate in performance troubleshooting while appropriately delegating deeper investigations as needed.
• Carry out job responsibilities in alignment with Drips Core Values.
• Become proficient in campaign strategy and best practices for Drips campaigns, offering guidance towards realistic goals and measures of success.
• Leverage internal tools like Salesforce and Tableau to analyze campaign performance trends.
• Take ownership of delivering recurring performance reports for client campaigns.
• Manage daily client-facing communication and cultivate relationships throughout client organizations.
• Assess Client Health scoring weekly and lead necessary adjustments or escalations.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Enterprise CSM or Enterprise Project Manager (client-facing), with a strong preference for managed service delivery.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Quick to learn new software (Salesforce, Tableau).
• Familiarity or comfort with Microsoft Teams and other messaging platforms for communication.
• Skilled at translating complex ideas and issues for an audience that may not be well-informed.
• Ability to convert data into actionable business insights aligned with clients’ business goals and strategies.
• Capable of managing and supporting tasks and deadlines for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to cultivate positive relationships with customer team members at various levels, including Executives.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a remote team environment.
