This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Establish and cultivate enduring relationships with clients utilizing BruntWork's outsourced staffing solutions.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's business objectives, challenges, and growth strategies.
• Anticipate potential issues proactively, address concerns, and propose strategic solutions before they become critical.
• Enhance client satisfaction, retention, and account development through structured engagement and effective problem-solving.
• Discover opportunities to broaden services within current accounts.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure that client staffing requirements are clearly articulated and fulfilled.
• Collaborate with the Staff Services Team to guarantee the ongoing performance, engagement, and satisfaction of outsourced personnel.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
• Demonstrated experience in client success, account management, or a comparable client-facing position.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Capability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high-quality relationships.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating across functions with internal teams.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
