📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with influencers and creator partners

• Facilitate effective communication throughout active campaigns

• Boost creator retention and foster repeat collaborations

• Discover opportunities to enhance the creator experience and campaign satisfaction

• Collaborate with campaign managers and outreach teams

• Monitor relationship performance and ensure partnership continuity

• Address issues proactively and uphold positive communication

• Assist in developing scalable retention processes for the Influencer Marketing department

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Influencer Marketing, Partnerships, Account Management, or Talent Management

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up effectively

• Capacity to manage multiple creator relationships at once

• Proficient in English communication

• Experience with international creators is an advantage

• Knowledge of influencer platforms and campaign workflows
