This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Oversee the entire post-sales lifecycle for key and strategic clients.
• Offer strategic advice to enhance platform adoption, retention, and renewal.
• Gain insight into clients’ businesses, strategies, services, teams, and technology, and recommend ways to increase Addepar’s value.
• Provide strategic direction throughout implementation, optimization, growth, and renewal phases.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct quarterly business reviews that address priorities, optimization opportunities, product roadmap, usage, and adoption.
• Represent clients' interests with Product Management, Product Marketing, Support, Renewals, Services, Finance, and other teams.
• Analyze client business operations and suggest suitable solutions and services.
• Foster client satisfaction and establish reference-ability.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams and engage with senior and C-level leaders to achieve go-to-market goals.
• Clearly communicate Addepar’s value propositions to the partner community.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a client-facing position, or 5 years plus an MBA.
• Extensive knowledge of the strategic client segment.
• Demonstrated success in managing relationships with strategic clients.
• At least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive mindset.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Data-driven and metric-focused approach.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet new challenges.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Assertiveness, transparency, and a company-first attitude.
• Proven history of successful collaboration with sales, marketing, R&D, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Experience engaging with senior-level leaders and C-suite executives.
• Profound understanding of Addepar technology and the ability to articulate its value propositions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship.
