Client Success Executive – Fixed Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a designated portfolio of clients, mainly through email communication.

• Respond in a timely and clear manner to client inquiries to ensure the progression of campaigns.

• Establish quick and confident relationships with new clients.

• Assist in setting up and managing programmatic advertising campaigns from initial brief to launch.

• Gather and organize creative assets from clients prior to the go-live date.

• Collaborate with the Trading team to ensure campaigns are launched on schedule.

• Partner with Client Success, Sales, and Trading teams to guarantee seamless delivery.

• Identify and communicate risks or obstacles early, keeping relevant stakeholders informed.

• Enthusiastic and at ease when communicating directly with clients via email.

• Well-organized and quick to adapt to new tasks.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

• No previous industry experience is necessary.

• Proficient in using Gmail and Google Sheets.

• Familiar with utilizing AI tools on a daily basis.

• Willing to dive in and solve problems independently.

• Available to start immediately.

• Capable of working on an approximately 6-week fixed-term contract.
