This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Effectively manage a diverse portfolio of healthcare client accounts, each with unique service scopes and strategic priorities.
• Utilize EMS billing and account management expertise to enhance client performance, address issues, and drive financial improvements.
• Independently resolve client escalations while engaging leadership when necessary, based on the potential impact and risk involved.
• Identify risks, trends, opportunities, financial enhancements, and operational efficiencies within client accounts.
• Conduct analysis of revenue cycle, accounts receivable, and operational metrics.
• Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and business reviews, ensuring clear agendas, performance insights, discussions, and actionable plans.
• Relay compliance and regulatory updates to clients and assist in their implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize services, projects, and implementations.
• Keep precise records of client interactions, decisions made, and deliverables provided.
• Assist in contract renewals, client engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and advice with colleagues.
• Travel as needed to meet client demands and participate in company meetings.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Between 3 to 6 years of experience in client success, account management, or roles related to the healthcare revenue cycle.
• Familiarity with healthcare billing, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance principles.
• Exceptional analytical, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• Proficient in communicating insights effectively.
• Capable of independently managing competing priorities, deadlines, and client expectations.
• Proficiency in English for professional communication, which includes understanding policies, composing correspondence, and interacting with colleagues or clients.
• Candidates must be residents of Texas.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States, both now and in the future.
• This role does not provide current or future visa sponsorship.
• Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools is preferred.
• Background in EMS or healthcare revenue cycle environments is preferred.
• A quiet, private workspace and a reliable internet connection are essential for remote work.
• Must be willing to travel frequently to support client needs and attend company meetings.
