This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with Client Success Team Members and Sales colleagues to comprehend what has been sold to a client and how to effectively manage expectations throughout the program.
• Participate in all internal meetings and post-sale client discussions.
• Create presentation decks in advance of post-sale client meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Collect and organize materials for campaign launches.
• Generate regular reports on client campaigns.
• Monitor campaign pacing and escalate potential issues to Client Success and Sales teams.
• Collaborate with multiple internal groups to assist with product inquiries and address client questions.
• Work alongside Client Success Team Members and Sales to address client feedback and provide recommendations and optimizations for their campaigns.
• Identify trends related to clients, categories, and products.
• Consistently suggest optimizations for campaign growth to both clients and internal team members.
• Utilize various internal tools to review and analyze data, manage client accounts, and effectively support clients' needs.
• Assist in establishing processes to enhance efficiency and provide creative solutions to address challenges.
• A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in maintaining regular communication through digital platforms such as Slack, email, and Zoom.
• Proficient in managing time and prioritizing tasks across team projects, ensuring smooth coordination and meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple clients.
• Eager to learn and develop skills in preparing detailed campaign summaries, analyzing data, and tracking client goals and KPIs to ensure program success aligns with client expectations.
• Familiarity with maintaining account health insights and ensuring that Salesforce or similar CRM systems are kept current and accurate.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of verifying leads for accuracy and alignment with targeting criteria, especially during initial campaign delivery.
• Creative problem-solver with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Must possess a functioning laptop/PC and internet connection, along with a backup connection.
