This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, deliverables, and action items.
• Monitor commitments, deadlines, open inquiries, and subsequent steps.
• Draft meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up communications for clients.
• Coordinate weekly updates for clients that clearly convey: Completed tasks, Ongoing work, Upcoming priorities, Required decisions or inputs.
• Keep project documentation, trackers, and client folders well-organized.
• Identify project risks, delays, or bottlenecks and proactively raise concerns.
• Ensure that clients feel informed, supported, and confident regarding project progress.
• Manage and distribute LinkedIn content, blog articles, website updates, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with referral campaigns, podcast outreach, and business development efforts.
• Maintain content calendars and project schedules.
• Help with content formatting, scheduling, and distribution.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to gather information and advance projects.
• Aid in the creation and organization of sales and marketing materials.
• Provide support to leadership in project organization and execution management.
• Keep project trackers, reports, and internal documents up to date.
• Organize digital assets and ensure easy access to information.
• Track project progress and uphold accountability among stakeholders.
• Suggest process improvements and next steps when opportunities arise.
• 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Project Coordination, Marketing Coordination, Operations, Executive Assistance, or related fields.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively address challenges.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Preferred: Experience working with clients based in the U.S.
• Preferred: Experience in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and content initiatives.
• Preferred: Familiarity with LinkedIn content management and B2B marketing.
• Preferred: Background in supporting founders, executives, consultants, agencies, or professional services firms.
• Preferred: Understanding of client relationship management and project delivery processes.
