This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster robust client relationships through regular communication, expectation management, performance evaluations, insights sharing, and goal alignment.
• Oversee several client portfolios and campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
• Establish, track, and enhance client programs within Salesforce.
• Verify the accuracy of campaign details and deliverables while addressing any issues that arise.
• Assist with client onboarding by clarifying expectations, setting timelines, and aligning stakeholder objectives.
• Evaluate campaign performance and client feedback to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Deliver campaign results and recommendations to clients.
• Track account health, proactively identify potential risks, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges.
• Work in conjunction with Sales and Operations to facilitate program execution and enhance the client experience.
• Recognize opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Propose enhancements to products, processes, and the consistency of client experiences.
• 0–2 years of experience in client success, account management, marketing, sales, project coordination, or another client-facing role; internships and relevant early-career experiences are acceptable.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and teammates.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and shifting priorities.
• Initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in data analysis, identifying insights, and presenting findings and recommendations.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Ability to organize data, generate reports, and ensure accuracy in work.
• Strong attention to detail concerning campaign setup, reporting, and client deliverables.
• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn about B2B demand generation, Salesforce, tools, and processes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire in an employer-approved US state and maintain this authorization throughout employment.
