This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist the Client Success team in providing an exceptional customer experience that fosters retention and satisfaction.
β’ Aid in coordinating initiatives, renewals, meetings, and communications that enhance customer relationships and promote long-term growth.
β’ Support the Client Success team in overseeing customer accounts and nurturing strong client relationships.
β’ Help prepare and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), presentations, customer reports, and meeting materials.
β’ Generate contracts, renewal agreements, order forms, and other documentation for customers.
β’ Organize customer meetings, business reviews, training sessions, and internal planning meetings.
β’ Oversee scheduling, meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up action items.
β’ Maintain precise customer records, notes, and activities in HubSpot and other company systems.
β’ Assist with onboarding, implementation coordination, and account transitions as necessary.
β’ Track customer requests and ensure timely follow-ups with the relevant internal teams.
β’ Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the effective delivery of products and services.
β’ Support renewal and expansion efforts through administrative preparation, customer communication, and documentation.
β’ Acquire a working knowledge of all company products and services to provide effective support to customers and internal teams.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement processes and operational efficiency.
β’ Participate in customer meetings and communications to strengthen relationships and ensure a high level of service.
β’ Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives within the Client Success organization.
β’ A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, customer service, sales support, project coordination, or a related field.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Proficiency with standard business software, including Microsoft Office products and HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms).
β’ Experience in the laundry industry and/or with cloud-based software is preferred.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a customer-first approach.
β’ Must be an outstanding team player with all staff members.
β’ Compliance with company Information Security Policies is essential.
β’ Willingness to travel occasionally for company-related events, customer visits, industry conferences, and trade shows.
