This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Oversee daily interactions for a designated portfolio of clients.
• Foster and sustain strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders.
• Comprehend each client’s objectives, priorities, and success metrics.
• Ensure consistent communication with clients through meetings, reports, and outreach efforts.
• Act as a resource for client inquiries, requests, and support needs.
• Evaluate client engagement, usage, satisfaction, and overall account health.
• Identify potential risks and collaborate with leadership and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Assist clients in deriving value from their collaboration with Vori Health.
• Compile and present client performance reports, business updates, and presentations.
• Aid in client renewal processes and facilitate prompt resolution of complex challenges.
• Manage client communications, action items, follow-ups, records, meeting notes, and account documentation.
• Track and organize client requests to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing member engagement and client communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Convey client feedback and insights to enhance products, services, and processes.
• Identify avenues for improving Client Success workflows, tools, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers and leadership through coaching, shadowing, account reviews, renewals, and strategic client discussions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in client success, customer success, account management, healthcare services, employee benefits, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Capable of interacting professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and handling competing priorities.
• Proficient with CRM systems, reporting tools, and business applications.
• Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and clearly communicate insights.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and client requests concurrently.
• Customer-centric, proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused.
• Comfortable working within established processes while demonstrating sound judgment.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, employee benefits, or SaaS is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States or Canada, or able to provide necessary documentation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 20%, for client and company meetings.
