This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts through Slack, Email, and Google Meet.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions, pre-launch meetings, and regular client check-ins (15-day, 30-day, etc.).
• Clearly and proactively communicate updates on campaign performance, insights, and subsequent steps.
• Ensure that clients feel supported and informed throughout every phase of their engagement.
• Manage client relationships proactively by identifying potential issues, opportunities, and tasks before they arise.
• Investigate client concerns and performance issues to determine root causes and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Commit to continuous learning about clients' businesses, industries, and objectives to offer more strategic guidance and recommendations.
• Uphold a professional presence on social media related to work and engage appropriately as part of the company's networking and relationship-building efforts.
• Analyze dashboards and reports generated by the analytics team to extract significant trends and insights.
• Present findings in a clear and client-friendly manner, transforming performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify trends in campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Recommend optimizations based on client objectives and data trends.
• Track and oversee client action items and deliverables across a portfolio of around 50 clients.
• Ensure prompt handling of all follow-ups, including report delivery, campaign adjustments, and disposition data.
• Keep communication records updated in internal systems and CRM platforms, with preference for candidates experienced in HubSpot Service Hub.
• At least 1 year of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Marketing Operations.
• Background in sales, marketing, or performance marketing is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with marketing KPIs such as Cost Per Sale, Contact Rate, and Conversion Rate (training will be provided).
• Strong preference for candidates experienced with CRM systems, especially HubSpot Service Hub.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for basic analysis and data verification.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional remote work setup is required.
• Possess a consultative mindset — you don't just report data; you assist clients in understanding it.
• A proactive communicator who anticipates client needs and follows up consistently.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with robust root-cause problem-solving abilities; capable of exploring beyond surface-level issues to uncover underlying client challenges.
• Personable and client-focused — able to quickly establish trust and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Highly organized multitasker adept at managing a large client portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
• Naturally curious and growth-oriented, with a genuine interest in continuous learning and understanding client businesses.
• Comfortable with maintaining a professional image on LinkedIn and utilizing social media as a relationship-building tool.
• Final compensation is determined after assessing experience and location.
