This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Delivers prompt and high-quality support to Select-level customers.
• Acts as the main point of contact for escalated customer service requests and account inquiries.
• Works closely with technical support teams and company stakeholders to ensure a smooth and responsive experience for clients.
• Cultivates positive relationships with Select-level accounts by addressing their needs swiftly and effectively.
• Recognizes potential service requirements and conveys opportunities for additional assistance.
• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1-2 years of experience in client success or account management.
• Proficient in American English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time.
• Understanding of customer success principles and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer success tools.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service and fostering long-term customer relationships.
