Client Success Analyst – Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with comprehending customer needs and objectives, transforming the utilization of the Omie ecosystem into tangible outcomes.

• We seek an individual who merges empathy for fostering authentic relationships with keen analytical skills to juggle multiple demands, consistently acting proactively to ensure customers recognize the value of our solution.

• Oversee the customer portfolio from the initial phase, guaranteeing effective system implementation and user adoption.

• Conduct business diagnostics to pinpoint customer challenges, defining, monitoring, and executing a success plan in alignment with the Omie ecosystem.

• Possess extensive product knowledge to engage customers effectively and encourage adoption.

• Serve as the primary contact and strategic partner during the customer’s onboarding journey.

• Alternate between direct interactions (meetings/phone) and scaled communication (email/WhatsApp), ensuring a consistent presence tailored to each customer's requirements.

• Act as a steward of the portfolio, identifying risks early and taking measures to avert customer churn.

• Track health and engagement metrics, working diligently to ensure customers perceive value in the solution and attain success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in managing medium to high-volume customer portfolios (the ability to prioritize is essential!).

• Capability to handle multiple simultaneous demands without sacrificing quality of service.

• Excellent communication skills suited to various profiles, with a focus on active listening and clear, empathetic responses.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where change is constant and viewed as an opportunity.

• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable plans.

• A genuine passion for helping others.

• Experience in managing SaaS accounts or portfolios.
