This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all issues related to the designated client base.
• Guide clients on best practices and recommend the effective use of new software features.
• Sustain a robust client portfolio by engaging with clients, enhancing their return on investment, and continuously nurturing the relationship between Loopback and its clientele.
• Effectively communicate the status of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both clients and management.
• Assess and review the user interface and workflow, providing suggestions for future product improvements based on client feedback.
• Resolve client issues by troubleshooting, identifying the root cause, and utilizing appropriate tools and resources to address or escalate the problem.
• Confirm report modifications to ensure minimal disruption for clients when launching new reports.
• Develop and maintain client-specific logic to categorize populations of interest, enhancing client navigation within the platform.
• Prioritize and escalate support incidents and requests according to business impact and established guidelines.
• Recognize and develop opportunities while collaborating with the sales team to foster ongoing growth and success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in a health system specialty pharmacy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI.
• Background in managing the implementation, optimization, utilization, and maintenance of extensive data sets.
• Proficient in SQL with the capability to create advanced formulas in data management languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Strong self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Committed and decisive customer service-oriented professional.
• Capacity to work under tight schedules and deadlines.
• Experience in managing client or customer relationships.
