This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take ownership of and oversee a portfolio of high-value client accounts.
• Conduct structured client interactions featuring prepared agendas.
• Identify and secure opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
• Monitor client consumption in relation to planned scope.
• Engage in active Client Specialist discussions when significant commercial opportunities arise.
• Ensure delivery teams are accountable for quality and timeliness.
• Facilitate monthly client review meetings.
• Manage challenging client discussions regarding scope, pricing changes, and resetting expectations.
• Collaborate with delivery, support, and development teams on larger projects.
• Maintain ownership of the client relationship throughout the engagement.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing client relationships within a B2B services or agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and web technology services.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing account expansion opportunities.
• Comfortable engaging in direct commercial discussions: pricing, scope, renewals, upgrades.
• Willingness to advocate internally when delivery quality, timelines, or commercial opportunities necessitate intervention.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and engage in active colleague workflows when the client situation demands it.
• Excellent remote communication skills.
• Capable of building trust and managing relationships without face-to-face interaction.
• Comfortable working in a role with a fluid structure.
• Fully remote position.
• Availability during US business hours is required.
• No travel expected.
