Client Success Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee mid-complexity client accounts, serving as the main contact for operational and service-related inquiries.

• Convert client objectives into long-term success strategies that encompass outcomes, risks, governance, and adoption.

• Deliver structured analyses for commercial teams, aiding in renewal discussions, forecasting, and readiness for upselling.

• Inform clients about advanced product functionalities, upcoming features, and best practices to enhance adoption and value.

• Assist clients in scoping activities, ensuring a high likelihood of transforming opportunities into revenue.

• Manage and support CRM tasks in Salesforce to ensure visibility of client KPIs.

• Foster and sustain relationships at operational and senior levels (CHRO/CFO, VPs, Directors, Global Mobility, etc.).

• Examine risk patterns across various countries, service lines, or stakeholders.

• Supervise the comprehensive governance of portfolio delivery, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service standards.

• Facilitate business reviews and multi-stakeholder strategic planning sessions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a client success operational capacity; including customer success and account management roles.

• Proven ability to utilize data in developing success and interaction plans.

• Track record of fostering customer growth and satisfaction, along with operational KPIs.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills at the executive level.

• Experience in managing moderately complex client portfolios on a global scale.

• HR/workforce solutions experience is highly preferred.
