This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage client relationships from start to finish β including weekly or biweekly calls, text updates, and tailored reporting.
β’ Grasp and convey funnel strategies β encompassing lead generation ads, retargeting, CRM flows, and automated follow-up sequences.
β’ Analyze campaign outcomes, identify trends, and convert marketing data into comprehensible insights for business owners β focusing on results and actionable next steps without jargon.
β’ Oversee creative direction β providing guidance to the creative team on the messaging and design of ads based on effective strategies.
β’ Enhance client retention, increase upsells, generate referrals, and gather Google reviews and testimonials.
β’ Lead client calls assertively β our clients can be direct and assertive, so it's essential you conduct meetings with confidence.
β’ Connect client requirements with media buyer execution β comprehend client desires and translate them into actionable strategies for the team.
β’ Background in blue-collar or trades β you have experience in or around fields such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical work, landscaping, remodeling, or similar. You communicate as a peer with home-service business owners rather than as a marketer. This is the most crucial qualification.
β’ Marketing knowledge β while you don't need to be an expert, you should have a basic understanding of marketing concepts such as funnels, ads, leads, and metrics. Experience working at a marketing firm, attempting to start one, or holding a marketing degree is beneficial. A foundational understanding is necessary so we aren't starting from scratch.
β’ Highly articulate β you communicate clearly, confidently, and intelligently. Trust from blue-collar owners hinges on effective communication. This skill is vital β you should excel on the phone and in video interactions.
β’ Sales aptitude β this position leans more towards sales than marketing. You can manage upset clients, set the tone, acknowledge their concerns, steer towards resolutions, and upsell by highlighting effective strategies ("this ad set is performing well β letβs invest more in it").
β’ Ambitious and motivated β you are energetic, tech-savvy, eager to learn, and fully aligned with the agency's mission. You aim to grow with us rather than merely earn a salary.
β’ Proactive communicator β you initiate contact before clients need to inquire about project updates.
β’ Comprehensive funnel experience (ads β CRM β automated follow-up).
β’ Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or LSAs β even at a conceptual level.
β’ Experience in creative direction β developing ad concepts and scripting video advertisements.
β’ Agency experience managing multiple accounts.
β’ Knowledge of CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).
β’ Understanding of SEO fundamentals β sufficient to engage in informed discussions about content and ranking strategies.
β’ Base salary of $60,000 per year.
β’ Performance-based bonus structure linked to retention, upsells, and client satisfaction.
β’ Total compensation ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 based on performance.
β’ Opportunity for advancement to Head of Customer Success as the company scales the pod model.
β’ Quarterly in-person team gatherings.
