Client Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Delivery leadership to develop enterprise opportunities.

• Provide support for strategic accounts.

• Facilitate initial discovery discussions with enterprise clients.

• Outline solution strategies that align with Software Mind's AI, Data, and Modernization capabilities.

• Develop proof engagements such as ideation workshops, assessments, and pilots.

• Propel the transition from opportunity to contracted revenue in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.

• Ensure the adoption of platforms and the scalability of solutions.

• Influence and secure significant business while maintaining credibility with senior technical and business stakeholders.

• Directly impact closed business in line with a specified ghost revenue target.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years in enterprise technology roles.

• Proven experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or strategic presales.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud modernization, Data, and AI use cases.

• Experience in leading client workshops and engaging in executive conversations.

• Capability to translate technical solutions into tangible business outcomes.

• Background in various industries, including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Technology, and Health Tech.

• Experience in shaping and commercializing AI, Data, or modernization solutions within complex enterprise sales cycles.

• Familiarity with AI accelerator platforms, reusable solution frameworks, or platform-led consulting offerings.

• Strong commercial insight, including pricing strategy, business case development, and ROI-based solution positioning.

• Demonstrated ability to convert assessments, workshops, or pilots into large-scale delivery programs.

• Experience working across Sales, Delivery, and Account teams in a matrixed consulting or technology services environment.
