Client Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to enhance strategic accounts.

• Facilitate initial discovery discussions with enterprise clients.

• Develop solution strategies that align with Software Mind’s AI, Data, and Modernization capabilities.

• Design proof of concept engagements including ideation workshops, assessments, and pilot projects.

• Propel the transition from opportunities to contracted revenue in partnership with sales and delivery teams.

• Ensure the adoption of platforms and the scalability of solutions.

• Convert intricate client challenges into organized, outcome-focused engagements.

• Persuade and finalize significant business deals while maintaining credibility with senior technical and business stakeholders.

• Directly impact closed business against a set ghost revenue goal.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years in enterprise technology positions.

• Experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or strategic presales.

• Profound understanding of cloud modernization, as well as Data and AI use cases.

• Proven experience leading client workshops and engaging in executive discussions.

• Ability to convert technical solutions into tangible business outcomes.

• Experience across various industries, including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Technology, and Health Tech.

• Background in shaping and commercializing AI, Data, or modernization solutions within complex enterprise sales processes.

• Familiarity with AI accelerator platforms, reusable solution frameworks, or platform-driven consulting services.

• Strong commercial insight, encompassing pricing strategies, business case development, and ROI-based solution positioning.

• Demonstrated capability to transform assessments, workshops, or pilots into extensive delivery programs.

• Experience collaborating across Sales, Delivery, and Account teams in a matrixed consulting or technology services setting.
