This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and facilitate formal governance of these relationships, which includes conducting regular service review meetings.
• Foster and enhance relationships with EQCR clients to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Assist with contracting, management of Statements of Work, invoicing, and license renewals.
• Oversee client participation in vendor governance processes, including the completion of annual vendor questionnaires and information security submissions.
• Identify and cultivate new revenue opportunities from current clients, including professional and complementary services.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for any client issues that arise.
• Collaborate with clients and internal EQ stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with the ongoing business needs of customers.
• Support the EQCR Consulting and Implementations management team in delivering the overall portfolio of services.
• Maintain the EQCR Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies and assist with annual testing.
• Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving processes.
• A degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant work experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT sector is essential.
• Experience in software implementations and support for both SaaS and/or on-premise applications is necessary.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships is critical.
• Experience interacting with a variety of stakeholders, including senior C-Suite executives, is important.
• Strong knowledge of software delivery and support processes is required.
• Comfortable facilitating and hosting meetings with diverse stakeholder groups, both remotely and in person.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex and concurrent requirements within set deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office is expected.
• Knowledge of customer resolution, complaint handling, remediation processes, regulations, and operations is a plus.
• A confident and engaging communicator who can interact effectively across all organizational levels.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands while balancing time and priorities is necessary.
• Capable of managing multiple demanding requirements at once.
• Possess an analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to understand problems comprehensively and convey well-considered solutions.
• Independent problem-solving skills are required.
