Client Services Vet Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert telephone triage and general advice on pet health.

• Assist clients with scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries.

• Provide support to Greencross clinics across the country.

• Manage inquiries from the website and handle customer service requests.

• Aid in Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives.

• Ensure exceptional customer experiences while promoting positive outcomes for patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.

• Has at least 4 years of experience in veterinary nursing.

• Is clinically confident and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

• Experienced in fast-paced environments and able to maintain composure under pressure.

• Confident in making precise and timely telephone triage decisions.

• Familiar with using RxWorks.

• Exhibits excellent attention to detail.

• Able to adhere to detailed processes and procedures.

• Works effectively independently while staying connected and engaged with a remote team.

• Possesses strong communication skills and has a genuine passion for assisting pet owners.
