This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Organize and manage appointments while keeping an orderly calendar.
• Perform initial intake tasks and collect basic client information.
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients as necessary.
• Handle incoming calls and act as the primary contact point for clients.
• Deliver administrative assistance to facilitate smooth daily operations.
• Keep precise records in the CRM system.
• Manage communication flow, especially during peak traffic periods.
• Arrange consultation calls.
• Assist with future sales initiatives and social media responsibilities as they develop.
• Support light marketing efforts as assigned.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist.
• Excellent communication abilities.
