This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the delivery of software and AI-driven projects under the supervision of senior project managers.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and relevant delivery documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies, escalating when necessary.
• Prepare and contribute to status communications for both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups across various cross-functional teams.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with delivery processes, PMO standards, and best practices.
• Adjust to evolving project priorities while keeping a keen attention to detail.
• Up to 4 years of experience in supporting customer-oriented software or SaaS projects.
• Basic understanding of AI, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Preferred experience in AI, technical, or SaaS environments.
• Development of problem-solving abilities and risk-awareness skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or Salesforce.
• PMP, AI, or similar certification is a plus.
