This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering a positive and professional experience.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
• Address client inquiries, requests, and escalations promptly and efficiently.
• Organize meetings, status updates, and communications with stakeholders.
• Clearly convey and manage client expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
• Assist in projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Keep project documentation, timelines, and status reports up to date.
• Track project risks, dependencies, and action items effectively.
• Aid in resource planning and workload management across teams.
• Develop and uphold operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Spot opportunities for enhancing efficiency and streamlining administrative processes.
• Monitor project performance metrics and produce management reports.
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement efforts.
• Compile client reports, project updates, and operational summaries.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping, documentation, and database management.
• Oversee project milestones to guarantee timely delivery of outcomes.
• Prior experience in Client Services, Customer Success, Account Management, Project Coordination, Operations, or a similar role.
• Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a remote work environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall (preferred).
• Proficiency in tools like Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms (preferred).
• Experience in supporting client-facing projects or service delivery teams (preferred).
• Background in budget tracking, procurement, or financial administration (preferred).
• Familiarity with professional services, consulting, marketing agencies, technology, or financial services sectors (preferred).
