Client Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervising the daily operations and workflows of the Client Services team

• Ensuring that shareholders and internal team members receive accurate and timely information

• Providing an outstanding client experience

• Effectively managing and resolving escalated issues

• Establishing and nurturing relationships within and between teams that collaborate with Client Support

• Overseeing daily departmental functions and suggesting improvements to processes

• Updating department training materials and the Knowledge Bank

• Analyzing complex Excel spreadsheets and guidelines to ensure precise responses

• Assisting in the reporting and monitoring of Client Services statistics

• Actively engaging in the recruitment of staff

• Conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching to direct reports

• Coordinating team schedules and approving time off, timecards, and team expenses

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

• Preferred 1-3 years of operational management experience with direct supervisory responsibilities

• Previous experience managing multiple tasks that demand a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment

• Capable of resolving practical problems and addressing a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in using and training staff on advanced CRM systems, such as NetSuite
