This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Oversee the accounts for various client service programs or a single extensive national program
• Maintain relationships with clients, client brokers, and key vendors
• Manage procedures and processes related to customer satisfaction and client retention
• Execute client renewals and prepare Client Service Instructions
• Coordinate pricing and finalize location coding parameters
• Generate and distribute stewardship and other reports
• Manage client invoicing, audits, and follow up on accounts receivable
• Inform clients about loss data and cost drivers affecting assigned programs
• Organize project activities
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to enhance customer satisfaction
• Identify factors affecting customer satisfaction
• Recognize and pursue cross-selling opportunities
• Manage client contracts
• Implement company personnel policies while adhering to staffing standards and training recommendations
• Conduct interviews, hiring, and establish performance development plans for colleagues
• Engage in performance discussions with colleagues
• Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to encourage peak performance
• Carry out additional duties as assigned
• Support the organization's quality initiatives
• Travel as necessary
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Must be pursuing CPCU, AIC, ARM, or another related designation
• Eight (8) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education, including three (3) years as an Account Representative OR five (5) years of adjuster experience with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of workers compensation, liability, or disability claims management
• Solid understanding of client location coding parameters, banking methodologies, and claims operating systems
• Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation abilities
• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office products
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills
• Excellent organizational abilities

• Strong negotiation and facilitation capabilities
• Ability to function effectively in a team environment
